Dear sir/ madam I write to you in regard of the entertainment provided by one of your staff Steve at our wedding on 19/6/10 We would like to point out that throughout the planning and organisation of this event Steve was extremely supportive, helpful and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble, too difficult, anything we wanted he was more than happy to do. If we changed our minds, added things in took things away, no problem On the day we can only say Steve was not what he had promised to be/ deliver but by far much much better, he was obsolutely wonderful in every way, his entertainment was the best by far I have ever seen. I would also like to say that MANY of our guests commented along these lines of how wonderful he was. I think its important to point out that at venues like this you kind of expect off the cuff remarks like these but I assure you this was not the case. They were sincere heartfelt comments on what an amazing job he did. ( I could go as far to say as youve probably drummed up some more business as they wanted him for other parties/ venues) Steve was by far miles ahead of our expectations and was a massive factor in making our day such a wonderful one. For these reasons I would like to thank you for such a wonderful service and please ensure Steve knows how grateful we are for everything he has done to make our special day so wonderful Thanks John and Karen Reed
